Our story
The Seeblick apartment hotel and restaurant has been owned and operated by our family since 1993. The story began with an idyllic restaurant with 80 seats. Then, in 2003, we added 100 more seats with the addition of the conservatory. We enjoyed things so much that five years later, we turned the Seeblick restaurant into an apartment hotel with ten holiday apartments. Today, the Seeblick is proudly led by the third generation, and the joy of running the business grows with each passing day.
Ruth and Josef Kleideiter laid the foundation stone together with senior manager Christel Gerling. Josef, a trained chef and butcher, and Ruth, a trained restaurant manager, fulfilled a dream by building the Seeblick. It is hardly surprising that this passion was passed on to their daughter Lorena, who studied hotel management and now adds a breath of fresh air to her parents’ business together with her boyfriend, Ralph Schwägerl.
